The pork used is the Canadian brand "Barley-finished Three-Way Pork."The meat is marinated in a special sauce made from a mixture of apple juice and Worcestershire sauce, then cooked at low temperature for about three hours until it is cooked through, and then finished in a frying pan and salamander fryer to give it a crispy, fragrant surface.

You can enjoy the original flavor of the meat.
